  1. San José (capital)
  2. Quepos – Manuel Antonio National Park
  3. Uvita – Marino Ballena National Park
  4. Sierpe with boat trip to the Corcovado National Park (accessible by boat only)
  5. Travel back to San José (capital)
  6. La Fortuna / Arenal Volcano National Park
  7. River Rafting at Rio Pacuare (up to class 4 rapids + one of the best white water rafting in the world)
